Tactile Paving Adhesive - Product Overview.

High Strength (2-Component) Tactile Paving Adhesive is designed for bonding Surface Mounted Tactile Paving to your intended substrate.

We have specially formulated the adhesive formula for maximium strength, providing a strong and reliable bond with considerations made for ease of installation on-site.

The product benefits from moisture tolerant properties with a fast curing time - ensuring the area is ready for use without delay in under two hours.

Each Tub has a sufficient coverage for 1 box of 10 tactile paving tiles, or 2.4 square metres.

• Mixing Method: Both full packs should be used to give the correct ratio. The adhesive should be mixed thoroughly. Mix at a slow speed for 2-3 minutes with a power tool mixer and mixing paddle until even in colour and consistency is reached.

• System Applications: The mixed adhesive should be applied using a serrated trowel and evenly spread over the area to receive the tiles. Firmly press the tiles into position, working from the centre to the edges. Remove excess adhesive and tool to a smooth finish. All equipment should be cleaned immediately after use.

• Storing your product: Adhesive should be stored at warm temperatures. If stored in cold conditions the containers should be warmed prior to mixing. This will greatly aid mixing and application.
