They are ideal for walkways, access platforms and trench covers - within commercial and industrial areas. They feature a flat-topped, slip-resistant surface to prevent slips, trips and falls.
Solid-Top GRP Grating is 50% lighter than steel alternatives, whilst they are much stronger than Open Mesh GRP Grating Panels. This ensures the panels can span a wider area.

Product Overview.
GRP Solid Top Grating Panels provide an ideal solution for walkways, access platforms, trench covers, gantries, and loading areas. They are suitable for commercial and industrial environments.
GRP Flooring offers a cost-effective, reliable, zero-maintenance structural flooring system.
Solid-Top (Moulded) Grating is approximately 1.5x stronger than Open Mesh GRP Grating. This allows the panels to span greater distances.
They benefit from a flat-topped, closed walkway surface - ensuring no water or debris can pass through the surface. This allows smooth movement without any risk of slips, trips, and falls.
The top of the walkway surface features a slip-resistant, gritted surface finish which provides an excellent slip resistance rating which achieves the industry standard BS-7976 slip resistance criteria.
Advantages of GRP Grating Panels.
GRP (Glass-Reinforced-Plastic) Grating Panels are extremely strong and robust.
GRP has an impressive strength to weight ratio - this is particuarly clear when compared to traditional steel alternatives. GRP is usually 50% lighter than steel.
Addtionally, the panels benefit from a strong resistance to chemicals, corrosion, and wear. They benefit from UV & Weather Resistant Properties.
GRP Grating is fire-resistant in accordance with ASTM E 84, the design adheres to British Standards - EN ISO 14122. (Permanent Means of Access to Industrial Equipment and BS 4592 Industrial Flooring, Walkways, and Stair Treads Regulations).
The material is an electric, magnetic and thermal insulator which achieves the ASTM E84 standard for flame spread and smoke development. This is partially due to the materials non-conductive, non-sparking properties.
