Product Overview
Anti-Slip GRP (Glass-Reinforced-Plastic) Flat Floor Sheets are designed for covering external walkways - such as access ramps, pedestrian footbridges and platforms. They cover the existing surface to enhance slip-resistance for pedestrian users - preventing slips, trips and falls.
Designed to conform to DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) Design Guidelines. This ensures suitability for public, commercial, and industrial environments.
GRP (Fibreglass) Floor Sheets are robust, hardwearing and durable - with an impressive resistance to wear, corrosion and chemicals. They require minimal on-going maintenance and are proven to have a design life of 15+ years.
Installation to any type of substrate is a fast and simple process - using a combination of screw fixings and structural adhesives.

Thickness Options
GRP Floor Sheets are commonly supplied in a 4mm thickness for light-foot traffic, and we recommend you request a 6mm thickness for regular and heavy footfall areas.
We provide thicknesses between 3mm - 10mm on request.
Colour Options
We can provide floor sheets to match your exact RAL colour requirements.
Our most popular colour choices include: Black, Dark Grey, Beige, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Red.
Grit Duty Size Options

GRP Floor Sheets - Technical Specification.
Purpose
Non-Slip GRP Flat Floor Sheets are designed to permanently cover external pedestrian walkways (such as ramps, platforms, bridge decks) with an anti-slip surface finish to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
Material
The GRP (Glass-Reinforced-Plastic) Fibreglass Sheet is designed to withstand the toughest of conditions. They are made to last for years to come.
GRP, also known as Fibreglass, benefits from robust, hard-wearing, and durable characteristics. The material is resistant to weathering, corrosion, impact, and wear.
The material has an operating temperature of -20°C to 80°C.
Slip Resistant Surface Finish
The product is finished with an abrasive quartz-grit surface to improve slip resistance in hazardous areas.
Slip Testing
The SureGrip Anti-Slip Surface has been extensively slip tested by an external facility, in accordance with BS7976.2. The slip resistant surface was successful. It surpasses the test criteria requirements to be an "enhanced non-slip surface", in both wet and dry conditions.
The PTV (Pendulum Test Value) Slip Testing Report (Compliant to BS7976.2) - Reported a score of 78 in the dry, and 68 in the wet. For any score above 36 or above, the chance of a slip is 1 in 1 million.
